MSA Banner Sponsorship Form

 

MSA Offers 2 types of Sponsorships:

:1) Banner Sponsorship: 1 - 3x5 Banner on ball field fence

2) Ball field Sponsorship: 1-6x6 backstop banner and 2-3x5 fence banners with field naming rights, MSA has 5 fields that are played on 4 nights a week.

Any Additional Information

After submitting this you will be contacted by a representative from the Madison Softball Association as far as graphic content and payment instruction 3x5 fence banners are $150.00 dollars the first year and renewal is only $100.00 dollars the following year. field Sponsorship $1000.00 dollars first year and renewal is only $900.00 dollars every year after. Please allow atleast 2 weeks for Banners to be made.
